Hungry

I've been consumed by hunger lately. No, not for a Whopper w/cheese. I've been craving something with far more substance...God. His Word. His Presence. Him.

I've been reading A.W. Tozer's book "the Pursuit of God" and it has been rockin' my world! He made the statement that if you look at the champions of the faith (i.e., Paul, Peter, Martin Luther, Jonathon Edwards, etc) you will notice that they are the ones who are the most in love with God. You know...it makes sense. And it's because of that profound statement that God has humbled me in a huge way! He's made me realize just how little I know. And how little wisdom I have. I've discovered that knowledge and wisdom are traits that grow the more I'm in the Word and in the Presence.

It's also led me to wonder something else. How many others out there are like me? Hungry.
